Our CPU variant currently offers 2vCPU which would be not recommended for After Effects, Premiere Pro. For that I will recommend our GPU VM which will take some time to release.
Windows CPU is good for office and professional corporate work using apps like Ms Office, Browser, Google docs, sheets, Tally etc.
How much time does it take to launch ?
