You are scammers.
You made a public video and clearly said Prime Agent is available on every Primebook. That was a lie. Now you are telling Gen 1 Wi-Fi and 4G users that they will not get it. You knowingly made a false promise to create hype and sell more laptops.
This is not marketing. This is cheating customers. You used fake claims to attract people, and once they bought the device, you went back on your word. Only Gen 2 gets the feature, while older buyers are left with nothing. That is a cheap and dirty sales trick.
You don’t care about the people who already paid money for your product. You only care about pushing new models with false promises. This kind of behavior shows that Primebook cannot be trusted.
To anyone reading this: Do not buy any Primebook. Not Gen 1, not Gen 2, not any future model. If they can lie about Prime Agent being for “every Primebook,” they can lie about anything else. This company makes promises in videos and then quietly takes them back. That is scam behavior.
