Hi Primebook Team,
I want to report a serious performance problem on my Primebook.
When the laptop is plugged in and charging, it still does not give full performance. The system seems to limit power to the CPU, so we do not get maximum speed. Because of this, performance remains low even while charging.
In games, the FPS does not increase properly when the device is on charger. On a normal laptop, performance should be better or at least full when it is plugged in. But on Primebook (because it runs on Android-based PrimeOS), it feels like the CPU is not getting full power/electricity, so we get less performance.
This is a big issue for gaming and heavy tasks. Please fix this and allow the device to use full CPU power when it is charging, so that users can get maximum performance and better FPS in games.
Kindly look into this power management issue and improve it in the next update.
