Unable to transfer file from my mobile to PrimeBook

Sir,
I purchased my Prime Book Laptop 2 Pro, on 29.01.2026 for my exam purpose. However, when I tried to transfer my file from mobile to Prime Book, my file manger doesn’t show anything regarding external device. If such thing is unable then my purchase of such will not payoff. Moreover, Chrome is not updated to latest version so please update that.
Sometimes I am also facing a lagging in my system and also sometimes my App store was not working.

Please Resolve the issue as my exam is nearby.
