Windows cloud pc problem

i bought the subscription. i have just used it for one time, my 7 hr is remaining within 3 days. after that one time i have not been able to use it again. it just dont connect. just stuck on opening screen. my wifi is 100 mbps. just wasted my money. GOOD FOR NOTHING LAPTOP. i am using primebook s wifi.

Hello Akhil, please reach out to our customer support: +919667413981 and share with them the error you are facing. And share with them your Cloud PC registered phone number as well. Alternatively, you can also DM me your number and I will have our support team reach out.

8382869106, my 6 hr is remaining from 10 hrs, and i was able to use only 30 minutes, other time i was just waiting to get logged in.
