2 PRO: Charging time and memory card

  1. What is the general time taken to full charge from zero to 100 for primebook 2 Pro?
    The light while charging doesn’t change colour when full charged. I keep the device switched off during charge and was unable to make it if it’s charged or not.

  2. Using memory card: I inserted a memory card however I’m unable to find the card details and files on it in the device.?

Hi! Primebook 2 Pro typically takes about 2.5 to 3 hours to fully charge.

Regarding the memory card, our development team is working on improving its support, and you’ll see updates in future releases.
