App Store is crashing or not doing anything when trying to install any app.
I did clear the cache and deleted the storage, but it keeps happening again and again.
I also cannot find the reset or factory reset option in the settings. In settings → system → reset it is showing only reset mobile networks or bluetooth networks.
I did a reset once, but now this option has mysteriously disappeared.
Even shutting down and constantly pressing the power button is not working. It is not opening any reset menu.
It is Primebook Neo and I bought 2 of those and wanted to return, but thought would give a try. Now if apps are not installing, what should I do with this.
