Battery percentage configuration

hi primebook team,
i am using primebook 2 neo since aug 2025 , this problem i ve mentioned beforehand , the battery percentage is frozen , a new problem arises as i plug my charger in the battery becomes 0% then it starts to rise plus when i reboot or restart without my charger plugged in it shows please plug in your charge low battery ???
i am totally frustated with this issue , i will not prefer this laptop to anyone anymore , when i mentioned this problem before in oct it was resolved after2-3 days by itself , but now its been 2 weeks , i am totally furious about this now

@RajBhadra i got this exact problem on 31 oct 2025 i am really worried now , why does this problem occur frequently , the battery percentage is frozen maybe the only solution is factory reset ??

From what I have understood speaking to our support team they have repeatedly tried to reach out to you to resolve your issue for the past 4 days but you have not picked up their call. so the support guy told me to send a bug report , i have completed the procedure , he told me to wait for 24-48 hrs

This might be due to a faulty battery and not related to software. We need to arrange a pickup for your laptop and diagnose whether it is a hardware issue. The bug report itself will not be that helpful.

clearly it isnt the hardware problem i think you dont get the problem , one more thing as i mentioned i when i plug in the charger the battery immediately drops to zero then it shows random percentage , clearly it battery percentage isnt configured , if it a faulty battery problem how my laptop would work
i have sent you one more bug report at the moment when i was charging , if it doesnt resolves and it needs to get on the service centre i aint allowing that i am sorry i will manage sorry
