Battery percentage freeze , shutdown during charging

hello ! i have a primebook neo 2 i purchased it recently like in august 2025 , so the problem i am getting is , the battery percentage that shows is freezed like now its 100 and it is still from 5-4 hours and the main problem is that when i plug in the original charger from primebook it gets shutdown immediately like in 1-2 secs the battery goes down to 0 or 16 , 14 % , i am getting this issue from when i updated the software to 3.2.0-arm , is it really from update and if please fix it ,
