Camera Not Working – “Failed to Open Camera. Camera May Be in Use by Another Application? ID:0”

Hello,
I am facing a problem with my Prime Book camera. Whenever I try to open the camera, it shows this message:
“Failed to open camera. Camera may be in use by another application? ID:0.”

I have already tried restarting the device and closing all apps that use the camera, but the issue is still there. Please help me solve this problem.
