It means that they can’t properly control a 3D video game called Roblox due to lag.
The same thing happened to me.

A small issue might be caused by the charger. Once, my laptop had a similar problem at first the charger seemed to work fine, but then the keys stopped responding properly.
To fix that issue, just try turning off the PC for a few minutes and then turning it back on later. (Maybe you’ve already tried that.)
