I had submitted a detailed complaint about severe lag in Blinkit, Instamart, and overall PrimeOS performance.
Now I see that you have deleted my complaint from the form and you are still ignoring all my messages for many days.
This kind of behaviour is highly unprofessional. Customers are not supposed to be treated like this.
I am requesting you once again — forward my performance issues (heavy lag, scrolling problems, full screen crashes in Blinkit & Instamart) to the senior product and technical team immediately.
If you delete my messages again or continue to ignore, I will escalate this matter publicly.
