I have been using PrimeBook 2 Max for the last 10 months, and I have seen so many bugs and glitches.
Let me explain some bugs clearly:

Fix mouse sensitivity, as when I used to use scroll on any browser page and app, it slutters (using a wired mouse of Zebronics with good DPI); meanwhile, only scrolling is affected and delayed in daily usage.

Another issue is the crashing of the Aurora store and some other apps sometimes occasionally.
**3. Fix the Prime Book pointer on the YouTube app and web page, as it disappeared very much, which is really frustrating.
Kindly consider these issues as your priority for a better use case and a better service experience for your buyers.
I think you’ll fix these issues with updates.
Note: Will you make it(prime os) lighter to make it faster and smoother? Can it be possible??

Regarding the first issue, could you please send us a video? The feature is working fine on our end, so it will help us understand the problem better.
As for Aurora Store and the other apps, we’ll check them from our side and get back to you. In the meantime, it would be helpful if you could share the names of the apps where you experienced this issue.
what about youtube issue when i m taking classes it disappears and i surf but until i’ll not click it does not appears.
We saw the video. Please try using our browser. We won’t be able to fix bugs or glitches in third party browsers. If you face the same issue in our browser, let us know and we’ll fix it.
Also, regarding YouTube, could you please share a few more details? Are you using the YouTube app, or are you accessing YouTube through the same browser?
i m experiencing same issue with all browsers and youtube app and web tabs too from your prime browser.
now i m editing this issue as i have login youtube in samsung browser it is working fine in this and all other browser does not maintaining the same as samsung browser.
so please fix this bug
