Formal Grievance Regarding Restricted Hardware, Locked Storage, and Denial of OS Choice

To the Technical and Product Management Team,
This is my follow-up complaint regarding a severe and unethical restriction on the hardware I have rightfully purchased. Not only is the native PrimeOS underperforming and riddled with ecosystem gaps, but your system is actively blocking me from managing my own storage partitions.
1. Forced Storage Lockdown
I attempted to partition my storage to organize my data and prepare for an alternative OS installation, only to find that you have artificially restricted these basic administrative rights. Why is a laptop user being denied the ability to create partitions? This is not a locked smartphone; this is marketed as a “laptop,” and a laptop must provide full control over its internal drive.
2. Prevention of OS Switching (The Linux Block)
Since your native operating system is failing to meet professional standards, I have every right to switch to a more stable environment like Linux. However, your hardware/firmware seems intentionally designed to prevent users from installing a third-party OS.
By locking the bootloader or restricting partition tables, you are forcing users to stay on a “broken” software experience.
This is a blatant Anti-Consumer Practice. If your OS is “dirty” or lacks essential apps, why are you stopping us from shifting to a better, cleaner alternative?
3. My Demand for Hardware Freedom
If I have paid for this hardware, I own it. You have no legal or ethical right to dictate which OS I run or how I divide my storage. I demand an immediate explanation or an official method to unlock the storage management and allow custom OS installation.
Stop hiding behind the “Cloud PC” marketing to justify these hardware restrictions. Give us the freedom to use the device we paid for, or I will be forced to escalate this as a case of “Restricted Trade Practices” and “Hardware Monopoly” to the consumer protection forums.
Awaiting a technical (not a scripted) response.
