I am not able to take recorded classes on my vision ias app . I have contacted to vision ias team but everything is fine on their end and also i have check my internet connection, everything is fine. When i watch classes on my android phone app its working fine. But when i
it in my primeboooks browser or in app its showing 2073 errors and errors 2074 .
Commanding me to use another device for video playback, due to security reasons watch on another device.
And 2 days earlier when i tried to download the Same Vision ias app through prime books app store it was showing failed continuously.
And when in restarted my device again and again its got downloaded. But now i am not able to watch recorded classes .

please solve my issue as only 2.5 months are left for my exam :sob:and only 2 months left for my coaching batch validity. i would love to hear from you soon . hoping for the best :folded_hands:
i have talked to my caoching centers support team they have checked everything from their end everything is well enough from their side as they have told me that your device have some security issues or may be glitches thats not allowing our app to regulate the classes. its very annoying as i had to reset my device but anything didnt worked infact lost my important things from the device its really frustrating
