hi sir after updating to prime os 3.2 stil my functional nd backspace keys are not working properly and from the team its advisble that after update this issue will resolve automatically,but its not please solve my issue ,its really annoying

Hi Harsh, can you please tell me which device you have, Neo, Pro or Max?
Hi Harsh, hope your issue was resolved. From what the support team informed me, your keymapping was turned on which was disabling input of the keyboard for other usages.
You can turn off keymapping by pressing the Keymapping key on your keyboard (F9 on Neo, F10 on Pro and F10 Max) which has a gamepad icon 
and then clicking Turn Off.
