Dear Primebook developer team,
Currently we are using our laptop on battery all time. Laptop consumes more power when doing multitasking , gaming for long session . That’s why need to charge it frequently , and frequent charging and discharging shortening our laptop’s battery. If we using laptop always on battery , probably we need to replace battery within 1-2 year. Laptop is using for multitask work , which we can’t done from smartphone. That’s why kindly give us a solution that we can able to use laptop with plugged in mode without frequently need to charging and also able conserve battery life.
the only way is bypass charging. Can they enable it via update?

Hi Balarun, we request you to download the latest PrimeOS update, 3.6.0. A lot of battery-related issues have been fixed in this update.

I’m already running on latest version 3.6.0. But This is not actually battery related issue , what I’m taking about . I need a solution that i want to run my laptop in plugged-in mode but battery will not charging at the same time . Kindly add an option to start and stop charge with % slider so , that i can charge as much i need after that i can run plugged-in mode .kindly refer Dell power manager app’s screenshots and Oppo Charge settings screenshot. This solution is very essential for laptop user for longer work duration while conserve the battery charge.
