As I already discussed that my Prime book doesn’t switch on on it’s own and sometime takes up to 20 to 30 minutes to switch on and for the Prime OS software to boot. So I am asking all the uses of prime book that can I never switch off the prime book just like any Android phone. Please reply to my query.

It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to switch on. As we mentioned earlier, please connect with our customer support agent. Our team has already spoken to you and provided the resolution, your device needs to be picked up and sent to the service center for repair.
Regarding your second query, you can simply close the lid to put the Primebook into sleep mode instead of switching it off. This way, it won’t turn off completely.
