When are you upgrading the operating system to a newer android version. I have issues with Bluetooth and video Players.

These guys have sold their primebooks thats all, they dont bother about any upgrade. this is totally waste machine, no any kind of upgrade !!

Dear Ravi, we haven’t sold Primebooks just for the sake of it. We genuinely care about our users. We have recently rolled out the OS update 3.1, and a new update will be available in a few days. Alongside this, we have also launched three new products to enhance the Primebook experience.
