Subject: Request for Stock ROM for Primebook 4G (MT8788)
Dear Primebook Support Team,
I own a Primebook 4G laptop with MediaTek MT8788 processor. My device is currently not booting properly and shows only the battery icon on startup. I would like to request the official stock ROM/firmware for my device to try flashing it and restore its functionality.
Kindly provide the download link and any flashing instructions or tools required.
