Regarding previous issue persists

Dear sir as i got to learn from our recent conversation on the phone i got to know from you that vision ias have denied to solve the issue and you have shared their mail reponse with me on whatsapp as view once[in privicy] which you have received from the video cipher team. Vision tech support have told me that primebook is not matching or providing security standards so that vision ias app can work on,if they have asked you some certifications then why you people can’t provide them the same or your app store’s valid certifications.

  1. firstly, why u have sent me their mail as view once and why you have not have not shared me your mail coverstion also, which you have sent to them regarding the issue?
    2.Secondly, if vision IAS is asking for some good security standards to be matched for accessing their app lectures then why you can’t match those standards? and what happened now from recent update if classes were working fine and from recent update in prime os which i have downloaded classes in vision ias app stopped working.

3 Thirdly, its my very big mistake to buy such laptop device from the primebook if primebook even can’t resolve such issues and can’t fulfill the security requirements for an education app to work on.
4 . Fourth,I will suggest to all other customers and my fellows to please don’t do a blunder of buying products or laptop devices from primebook.

The app has recently introduced some changes from their end, which is why it’s not allowing access on Primebook currently. Since it was working fine earlier, this seems to be arising from their side, and we’re already in touch with their team. It may take time to get it fully resolved.

and i am mentioning this once again that your device is not matching their APPS [VISION IAS APP] security standards after you provided primebook an update, because the batch and course they provide through their coaching are costly and standard thats why they set security standards at high level, but your device primebook is not following them from the very recent updates it received. so fault is from your side not from their side you have to accept it to work on and resolve the issue ASAP

is there any update regarding the same?

We understand your concern and how important these classes are for you, especially considering the value of the course. We have already connected with Vision IAS regarding this issue. As per their confirmation, their app requires Widevine L1 certification to securely stream recorded content. Currently, Widevine L1 is not available on Primebook devices and cannot be enabled through an update.

Due to this requirement, recorded classes will not work on Primebook via the Vision IAS app. We truly understand how frustrating this can be and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.

Please note that every application follows its own security standards based on its content protection requirements, while Primebook operates on its own defined security framework, designed to ensure a secure and optimized user experience within its ecosystem. This difference in requirements is the reason for the current limitation.
