Hello it is my first time using this OS. the laptop overall is good but i face problems when i have to play games. the problems faced are as folloing:-

  1. WHEN I DOWNLOAD A GAME FROM THE APPSTORE. IT DOWNLOADS ALRIGHT BUT WHEN I OPEN THEM THEY SHOW THAT THEY NEED A UPDATE(FOR EG:- CLASH OF CLANS AND WORLD OF TANKS BLITZ). WHEN I GO TO THE PLAYSTORE(GOOGLE ONE) IT SHOWS THAT MY PC ISNT COMPATIBILE

  2. WHEN MY NEPHEW WAS PLAYING ROBLOX, THE CURSOR WAS NOT SHIFT LOCKING AND WHEN I WENT TO KEYMAPPING TO ACTIVATE THE AIM BUTTON NOTHING HAPPENED. AND THE CURSOR WAS ON THE SCREEN WAS SHIFT LOCKING AS IT WOULD IN OLD PC

  3. Also i bought a pc of 8gb ram and when i inspected it from the settings it showed 4.4/8 gb ram.

Hey, we understand your concern. Sometimes it may take a little time for games or apps to update. We’ve already updated Clash of Clans, Roblox and World of Blitz is currently being updated, it should be done within half an hour. We suggest updating these apps from our App Store.

Regarding Roblox, please check again and let us know if the issue is fixed.

As for the RAM and storage showing less, that’s normal, a part of it is always consumed by the system. This happens on all devices, whether it’s a phone, laptop, or tablet, as the system storage takes up some space.

Hi,

On your second point: firstly, apply the aim control from keymapping onto wherever you want to send touch inputs for aiming on the screen and afterwards exit the keymapping set mode by pressing exit. Now, remember to press Left Control and your cursor will vanish and be used as the aim. If you press left control again the cursor will reappear and work as expected.

sir if we use keybord for game than we cant use mouse at same time

Yes, you can! To do that, set the keymapping aim button slightly above the middle of the screen. Once placed, press ‘Ctrl’ once, after that you’ll be able to use both keyboard and mouse together. If you still face any confusion, let us know we’ll send you a video that will help you out.

Hi @parag, hope you’re doing well. Can you explain what you mean by “at same time”, and can you share a video of you trying to use mouse and keyboard with keymapping enabled so we can see what the issue is?
