Post:
Hello Team and Community,
I am using a Primebook-WiFi model and recently updated to PrimeOS Version 2.4.4-ARM (Android 11).
After the update, I started facing multiple issues:
- Auto reboots
- Keyboard and mouse disconnecting randomly
- Inbuilt camera not connecting
- Input current disconnecting while charging
- System freezing during usage
- HAL-related failures (many users reported similar issues)
Because of these problems, I need to roll back to the previous stable PrimeOS version that originally shipped with my device.
Here are my device details:
- Model: Primebook-WiFi
- Serial Number: PBO5001708
- PrimeOS Version (current): 2.4.4-ARM
- Android Version: 11
- Kernel: 4.14.186
- Custom Build Version: alps-mp-r0.mp1-V8.382
- Build Date: Wed May 7, 2025
- Build Number: Primebook-WiFi 001.01.00.14
I kindly request:
- Official download link for the older stable firmware / OS build for Primebook-WiFi.
- Rollback instructions for installing the previous version using USB flashing or recovery.
- Any guidance to restore HAL functionalities correctly.
I already raised tickets:
- Ticket #7082951
- Ticket #7083004
Please help me with the correct files or procedure.
This is urgent because the device is unstable and affecting my work.
Thank you.
