hello, i have recently purchased a primebook and now while working i have noticed that the second shift key on the right hand side of the keyboard is not working. it doesnot make the alphabets change case or help in typing the alternate keys. i have not made any changes to the keyboard settings or any accessibilities. kindly let me know the way to resolve this issue.
