I can’t log in to my PrimeX Cloud PC. I have already contacted support two times [Ticket#7084660]. However they emailed that the issue is resolved but it’s still there. I paid 150 and have 6 days remaining but still can’t access it. Support didn’t solve the issue and my duration of 2 days are wasted

Can you please share your Cloud PC registered phone number? I will add the day you’ve been unable to use to your subscription and get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
