I have purchased the Primebook 2 max Tooday for the online class of my 4Th Std. daughter. She is enrolled with ODA Class App for class 4. Earlier she use to join class from mobile.
Requesting you to add the ODA Class App at the earliest with optimised view.

Hey Anupam, the app you mentioned works only on mobile devices and doesn’t support laptops. We tried testing it on our laptop as well, but it didn’t work.
But it is working fine on tablet… It is android based application

I am sorry you are facing this issue. Can you please let me know which tablet you were using where ODA is working fine? If you can share a video as well it would be greatly helpful for us to diagnose if the issue is solvable.

As per the trailing mail I am adding the video of the ODA Class recording which is playing on my Samsung tablet A9+ which is Android tablet and my daughter is attending the class on the same tablet since last year.
Earlier she use to attend her class on mobile device. But due to smaller screen size I have switched to tablet.
Now, as she is proceeding to higher class I have purchased this Primebook 2 Max to give her exposure and experience to IT world. But unfortunately this Android app is not working on my this laptop and seems my purpose of purchase is defeated.
Request you to kindly do the needful to justify my worthy purchase.
