Hello Primebook Team,
I am Parag, a loyal Primebook user and member of your product community from Malegaon, Maharashtra. I have sent multiple suggestions through your app and other channels, but you are completely ignoring me. No reply, no acknowledgment, nothing. This silent treatment is unacceptable and shows how little you value your customers.
I suggested two major improvements that can save and grow your company:
Immediately shift PrimeOS from Android base to a full GNU/Linux-based operating system.
Android is a mobile OS. Even if you call it PrimeOS 3.0 based on Android 15, it still has serious limitations for a real laptop. Users face problems with proper desktop experience, native software support, development tools, heavy multitasking, and professional work. Linux is lightweight, highly efficient, secure, and gives true freedom. It runs better on your budget hardware, gives longer battery life, and makes the device actually useful for students, coders, and professionals in India. Many users are complaining that Primebook feels like a “glorified mobile phone” in laptop body. If you don’t listen and keep forcing this Android limitation, your laptops will never compete with real Windows or Linux machines. You will lose serious customers very fast.
Build your own ecosystem with a feature called PrimeMirroring.
Create a seamless mirroring and continuity app exactly like Apple’s AirPlay Mirroring and Continuity. Users should easily mirror screens between Primebook and Android phones, share files instantly, transfer clipboard, notifications, and continue tasks across devices. Name it PrimeMirroring. This would help you build a strong Indian ecosystem and make customers stick to Primebook products instead of switching to big brands. Right now you have no real ecosystem – just a standalone device with limitations. Ignoring this idea means you are missing a huge opportunity to grow.
I have repeated these suggestions multiple times, yet your team chooses to ignore real customer feedback. This behavior is arrogant and dangerous for your company. You are a “Made in India” brand targeting students and budget users. If you keep treating customers like this – not replying, not acting on good suggestions – word will spread fast on forums, Reddit, and social media. People already complain that Primebook is not a real laptop. More negative reviews will come, sales will drop, and trust will vanish.
Let me be very clear and direct: If Primebook continues to ignore genuine problems and valuable suggestions from users like me, your company will collapse. The Indian laptop market is competitive. Customers have choices – Windows laptops, Chromebooks, and other brands. If you don’t improve the OS, fix limitations, and build features like PrimeMirroring, you will lose market share rapidly. Students and parents will stop buying once they realize the device cannot do serious work. Bad reputation spreads quickly in India. Your “Made in India” dream will fail if customer voices are silenced.
I am not going to exit or stay silent. I expect you to take customer feedback seriously. Stop ignoring real problems. Reply to this message properly. Acknowledge my previous suggestions. Tell me what action you are taking on shifting to Linux-based PrimeOS and developing PrimeMirroring. I want a detailed response within the next 48 hours.
If I don’t receive a proper reply, I will escalate this publicly – on forums, social media, review sites, and wherever necessary – so other customers know how Primebook treats feedback.
You have the chance to listen and improve now. Don’t waste it by ignoring this message too. Your company’s future depends on how you handle customer input today.
I am waiting for your urgent response.
Regards,
Parag
