If your Primebook doesn’t recognize your Bluetooth device, follow the below-given steps.

Restart Primebook:
-Restarting your Primebook can help reset Bluetooth services.
-Turn off your Bluetooth device, wait for 10-20 seconds, and then turn it back on.

Reset Bluetooth:
